Shape digital experiences for unwavering brand harmony and simplicity through collaboration, clarity, and consensus.
Collaborate with Apple’s Creative Director, Art Director, Head of Design, Design Systems Manager, and cross-functional teams to envision, design, develop and communicate creative concepts effectively.
Drive overall creative and art alignment for projects, adhering to brand guidelines, objectives and leadership vision.
Responsible for designs to comply with accessibility standards, incorporate inclusive imagery, and embrace diversity to not only create visually compelling but also empower and resonate with a diverse range of customers.
Collaboratively establish AppleCare Digital (ACD) Design Systems and guidelines to maintain consistency and efficiency across products and with overall Apple ecosystem.
Define reusable User Interface (UI) components, grids, typography, spacing and color schemes to enhance efficiency and maintain brand coherence. These are a collection of meticulous, systematic standards that champion accessibility, localization, and thoughtful consistency.
Envision digital products that solve human needs with purpose and turn the user experience into a human experience with care, precision, and impact.
Develop a strategic roadmap that aligns user experience with business goals, user needs, and industry trends.
Utilize research, user testing, and data analysis to enhance the user journey and optimize UX decisions.
Identify emerging ideas while maintaining focus on the project's original strategic plan, ensuring alignment with goals.
Create intuitive and user-centered design solutions with a flexible but systematic approach.
Evaluate strategy outcomes, share insights, and recommend enhancements to foster cross-functional collaboration and product strategy.
Apply principles of information architecture and interaction design to optimize product performance.
Design experiences that are accessible, intuitive, and aesthetic to create a truly impactful and empowering experience for all.
Design accessible, visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that align with the UX strategy and experience.
Create detailed IA, flows, UI mockups and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.
Create detailed artifacts for development and collaborate with developers to ensure the accurate development of UI designs.
Craft visually engaging and aesthetically pleasing designs, including layouts, illustrations, and iconography.
Apply principles of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to create impactful visual experiences.
Create style guides and design specifications for designers, developers and other stakeholders to maintain design consistency.

Partner Relationships
Establish a trusting relationship with partners and project stakeholders. This involves understanding their business needs, goals, and effectively collaborating throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as a liaison between the partner and my design team, translating partner requirements and feedback into action plans for the team.
Manage client expectations by addressing their concerns in a timely manner and keep partners happy.
Team Management
Build a cohesive and high-performing Design team. This involves hiring, training and retaining diverse talented individuals. Foster a culture within the team by encouraging a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Mentor and coach my team members by providing regular guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Promote work-life balance through engagement efforts.
Process Improvement
Responsible to identify areas for process improvement within the Design workflow such as streamlining the workflow, optimizing collaboration methods, and implementing proper tools and technologies.
Solicit ideas from team members to define and implement best practices and standards for designs.
Collaborate with other teams such as development, content, and product to ensure a smooth integration of design processes into the overall product development lifecycle.
